Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Relaunch ("the Service"), operated by Relaunch HQ ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Relaunch provides career transition tools including resume analysis, job application optimization, interview preparation, and salary guidance. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use by individuals seeking employment.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Monthly plan: Billed monthly. Cancel anytime before your next billing date for no further charges.
• 90-Day plan: One-time payment. No auto-renewal. Access expires after 90 days.
• Annual plan: One-time payment. No auto-renewal. Access expires after 12 months.

All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of your resume and any content you submit to Relaunch. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze it for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not share it with third parties without your consent.

5. AI-Generated Content

Relaunch uses AI to generate suggestions, rewrites, and analysis. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all suggestions before using them. We do not guarantee that AI suggestions will result in employment.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use the Service to create resumes containing fraudulent claims

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using Relaunch will result in job interviews, offers, or employment. Career outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relaunch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
